The Reservation Process
01. Inquiry
Initial Contact
We begin with a warm welcome and a detailed discussion about your lifestyle, goals, and the environment you envision for your new companion.
02. Deposit
Confirm your spot
After we discuss your goals and ideal puppy, we will move into the deposit phase. This non refundable deposit reserves your spot in an upcoming litter (and can be transferred to future litters if desired)
03. Assessment
Behavior Evaluations
Every puppy is evaluated for temperament and health. We work towards a perfect match between the puppy and your family's needs through a behavior evaluation. (usually between week 6-7)
04. Socialization
The Outlaw Program
Every puppy will enter our extensive training and socialization program to prepare them for their new homes. On gotcha day, we will do the official transfer.
